The California Nurses Association recently released a position paper on medical Start-up. The group believes that their role as employers can be hindered by the use of genetic engineering in the foods we eat. It is not the duty of the employer to decide what is best for their employees. A significant concern for the group is that genetically foods contain synthetic elements that cannot be assimilated by humans.

Since the purpose of genetic engineering is to manipulate or modify organisms. The problem arises when scientists want to add these foreign genes into the body of a human being. We can call it “gene transfer.”

Many prominent health issues and allergies have significant genetic problems. Genes from foreign sources can cause serious health problems. It appears that many businesses view the introduction of genetically engineered food as a matter of concern. However, they are also not concerned with any potential hazards associated with genetic engineering. They do not view themselves as being in the position of making such a decision for their employees. In other words, they want to remain hands-off when it comes to using genetic engineering.

Aim Of Medical Start-up 

Many groups work toward creating a better world. They provide education, jobs, and even money. To be able to effectively continue their work in these areas; they need to be able to maintain good relationships with their clients. All of the above tasks could be negatively affected if a group representing physicians or nurses would come out against the use of genetic engineering in the food we eat. The Environmental Protection Agency has been in charge of regulating genetic engineering for many years. They have a strict set of guidelines in place for genetically engineered food.

Environmentalists are very concerned with the negative impacts that genetic engineering could have on the environment, and they believe that genetically engineered crops could cause significant pollution. With regard to this environmental group, it is apparent that they oppose the use of genetic engineering because they feel it will increase pollution. Their concerns are valid, but they need to understand the problem. There is not a technology that was introduced that would cause more pollution then is already there. Those who are advocating against genetic engineering have had no input from any scientist or medical experts. Instead, they rely on political opinion and social or religious concerns. Some of these concerns are valid, and some still not found. However, these groups have made it clear that they support the use of genetic engineering for specific purposes.

Their main reason for saying that is that they oppose the usage of genetic engineering in foods because of the high cost that the company will have to pay for the technology. These groups feel that they could do a better job than Medical in the long run.

On the other hand, if Medical begins the process of introducing genetically engineered crops into their products, then it may cost them more money. These groups believe that they should use their funds to educate their patients about genetically engineered foods. They think that the number of people who will object to genetically engineered foods will grow as time goes on.

On the other hand, if the process goes smoothly, the groups believe that the public will eventually turn against the process and ask for labeling.

Many individuals have seen the various commercials and articles that have appeared in the media regarding the use of genetically engineered food. Although there is some concern among the public about the safety of these foods, they still eat them. It is the companies and organizations that create these foods that are the ones who have the most to lose if they chose to stop using this technology. What is at stake here is the right of the Medical Start-Up to continue to use genetic engineering in their products. Foodservice workers are a huge part of the business. If this foodservice industry grows the way that it should, some serious questions need an answer.
